On the music channel MTV, you could see a nice documentary of the house of 50 Cent. It’s a great house, for sure. Take a look at this photo's how massive the house is.
It looks like rapper Curtis Jackson or well known 50 Cent has settled his lawsuit against the engineering firm and has now listed his Connecticut mansion located at 50 Poplar Hill Dr, Farmington, $10,000,000 dollars. The property features a home theater, a billiards room, 52 rooms and even a nightclub. It was previously owned by Mike Tyson.
The mansion was most recently owned by Tyson's ex-wife Monica Turner Tyson, who acquired it for $1 as part of their divorce settlement.
The house is approximately 50,000 square feet, has 52 rooms, and was bought by Tyson for $2.7 million in 1996 (the same year he knocked out Frank Bruno in the third round to win the WBC heavyweight title in Las Vegas)At least there's enough room to accommodate 50 Cent's massive entourage: The house includes five Jacuzzis, 25 full baths, 18 bedrooms, an elevator, two billiard rooms, a movie theater and a locker room
The listing describes the fabulously crazy crib as an "Exquisite sprawling compound designed for extended households. Grand lobby with dual circular staircases and elevator, a board room, spacious office..." The palatial pad sits on 17 acres of land and also includes an elaborate Baccarat crystal dining room chandelier, an outdoor sports court, an infinity edge pool and spacious hot tub tucked behind a waterfall in the rock grotto. The entire back of the house overlooks a beautiful Koi pond with a picture perfect guest house across the water. The gate house sets the stage for state-of-the-art security behind a gated entry.
Since buying the mansion, 50 Cent has reportedly spent up to $6 million renovating the house, including adding a helicopter pad.
